I have worked as problem manager and currently working as major incident manager where my roles and responsibilities are validating the incidents, cordinate among different teams such as Ops team, tech team, infra team etc. Initiating bridge and driving the incident towards resolution, once the incident is resolved I prepare the MIR report and raise a problem ticket and hand it over to the problem management for RCA.
