To carry out responsibility for providing project Take-Off’s and associated documentation for the purpose of tendering.3. To understand electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, schedules, schematics and quantify accordingly.4. To create complete project estimation using ‘Blue beam’ & ‘Autodesk Construction Cloud’ Software’s, by considering all the services mentioned in the tender documents.(Viz. Cable containment systems, Lighting, Intelligent lighting system, Power & Communication services, Security & Intercom, MATV system, Nurse Call System, AV System etc.)5. To regularly communicate with client team & deliver the correct cost effective solution. Maintaining the task list performed on the daily basis & billing hour’s details.7. Preparing the project checklist, various training documents, training & mentoring the team on the estimation projects.8. To undertake the offshore visit to client’s offices, if required, for detailed training and one-to-one sessions.
