Lead multi-site waste reduction and efficiency improvement programs, driving measurable productivity gains and process standardization across multiple operations while mentoring a team of engineers.• Champion Kaizen events, 5S programs, and other continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, streamline workflows, and boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).• Drive improvement initiatives using DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes, eliminate non–value-added activities, and sustain long-term operational excellence.• Utilize Minitab and advanced statistical tools to coach engineers on data-driven decision-making, enabling effective root cause analysis, performance tracking, and corrective action planning.• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction, yield improvement, and process optimization through structured problem-solving and Hoshin planning.• Implement standardized work practices and visual management systems to increase transparency, accountability, and process control across sites.• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership, highlighting trends, improvement impacts, and ROI from Lean Six Sigma projects.• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing training materials, conducting workshops, and empowering team members to lead local improvement projects.
