In my role as a Shift Leader with I provide hands-on leadership on a production shift within the plant to ensure that production schedules are met safely and on time, while continually reducing costs and increasing overall efficiencies; all within a fast paced (Just in Time) food manufacturing environment. We are not just a bakery we are technology company that bakes. And our mission is to become the world’s greatest baker. Every day I lead, teach, motivate and encourage our leaders to find ways to improve upon the success that we have had yesterday and find ways to make our process easier on our team members and more efficient. Since I have taken this role our OEE has improved over 22%.
