ABOUT VIRGINIA SANTY

Give me your tired messages, your poor communication, your weary audiences. I take any communication and create strategies to make it stand out and support business objectives. Need to grab your stakeholders\' attention, create a compelling narrative for your board, and outline messages for that CNBC interview in an hour? Well, I call that a Monday. I take a specific approach to communication strategy, one that recognizes the pitfalls of information overload and understands we now operate in the Attention Economy. I apply this approach to executive branding, crisis communication, corporate communication, PR, and all messaging. I love my work and I\'m really, really good at it. But I\'m more than my day-to-day, you know? And I have an amalgamated career trajectory to prove it. From professor to founder and entrepreneur to executive advisor, I\'ve found two things besides communication have remained constant throughout my career: my love of research and my dedication to improving the lives of all women through data, design, and innovation. I\'m passionate about this work and always looking for new ways to become involved in promoting women\'s economic success. Designing new data approaches and using data to inform design and innovation is how I address creating places, programs, policies, and systems that allow women to thrive.
