Reporting to the SVP of Assemblies and ImagingLeads the execution of production programs from initiation to completion, ensuring that cost, schedule, lead time, capacity, and performance goals are consistently met. Works cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to drive successful program outcomes and ensure production readiness for new programs and awards.Serves as a key liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, providing effective communication and coordination on all matters related to existing production operations contracts. Engages in production engineering decisions during new product integration to support seamless transitions from development to production.Supports bid and proposal efforts by ensuring compliance with RFPs, collaborating closely with Sales, Business Development, and customers. Utilizes deep expertise in production operations and planning to align program execution with strategic business objectives.Leverages knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, materials management, and opto-mechanical/electro-mechanical assembly operations, including BOMs, demand planning, and the supply chain purchasing process. Applies familiarity with procurement regulations and best practices to manage resources effectively.Conducts program planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation throughout the lifecycle. Performs cost and schedule variance analysis using tools like Earned Value Management and report progress to senior leadership. Ensures full compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and internal policies, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma.Recognized for cross-functional collaboration, results-oriented leadership, and a commitment to delivering value through operational excellence and strategic execution.
