Review information provided by the client and analyzes the information to understand the broad requirements of the project. • Direct design activities such as code research, calculation of building areas, zoning requirements, and prepare drawings as per local authority jurisdiction land-use bylaws. • Prepare DP & BP application drawings in REVIT and construction documents that support construction goals and meet the requirements of authorities in a timely and cost-effective manner. • Apply for new permits and provide permit response letters and coordinate revisions with engineers and consultants, as required, to obtain necessary documentation and permits. • Prepare Tender docs & coordinate with various engineers and sub-consultants to deliver complete construction drawing packages. • Attend site meetings to coordinate drawings, track & review shop drawings & Request For information, prepare Site instructions, and coordinate with contractors, sub-consultants, or relevant building authorities to address and document issues with constructability. • Manage the delivery of all projects, including leading project teams through all phases of the project. • Represents the organization and interacts in a professional manner with clients, sub-consultants, and contractor representatives.
