Key architect in design and development of the central control system and management sub-systems for next-gen satellite. Currently the lead team member in development, documentation, testing, bug-fixes and integration of the project. Implemented a dashboard to view entire field systems using Angular9 over a secure webserver using Lighttpd with REST APIs developed in C++ and Python. Reduced software testing times with capabilities such as DB queries, graph plotting, error debugging and process control. Developed the distributed sub-system modules with inter-process communications, redundancy support, DB interactions architecture andconfigurational, installation and utility scripts using C++, Python and Shell scripting. Involved in building predictive machine learning algorithm over binary encoded weather data using Tensorflow, Keras and other pythonutility packages. Fine-tuned the prediction model to improve the performance metrics in terms of accuracy, specificity, etc. Designed and developed control processes for critical decision making in next-gen system for traffic management using prediction results. Built generic plug and play statistics collection framework using MongoDB with inbuilt mechanism to checkpoint on user-defined intervals.
