For the past several years I’ve been doing what I love the most. I lead new business development delivery across digital health and innovation solutions, blending R&D strategy, human-centered design and cutting-edge technologies to transform healthcare information delivery. My work focuses on enhancing the speed, reach, and effectiveness of delivering life-changing medication information to patients around the world. I initiate and lead multi-stakeholder collaborations building international consortia partnerships to improve patient outcomes and scalability of healthcare services. My expertise spans strategic innovation leadership, participatory design and translating complex technological and scientific concepts for diverse audiences. Using a story-first approach and the hero’s journey (every good story has a hero!) I lead and define how that understanding affects health outcomes and how it can be reflected in digital experiences. By bridging the gaps between human behaviours, technology, design, and healthcare, I believe in delivering transformative solutions that enhance patient outcomes and set new standards for inclusive, diverse, and sustainable healthcare delivery.
