One of my first memories is going to a parent-teacher conference in School and having my teacher tell my parents, “Vinutha is definitely one of the most talkative, no matter where I move her in class she communicates with everyone!” Throughout my life I have developed this art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time. Now in my career that allows me to utilize this skill in different ways, I\'ve learned that effective communication is at the core of any successful leader and a business. Now I just don\'t communicate directly even my interactive dashboards and business reports does. I am an Influential Consultant and a qualified professional with a cross-functional experience and exposure of more than 8 years. As a Consultant I played key role in the success of organization I have worked for. Acting as communicators, facilitators, and mediators I always seek out the best ways to improve processes and increase effectiveness through technology, strategy, analytic solutions, and more. I have always worked to bridge the gap among departments with improved technical efficiency and productivity. My specialties includes quickly learning new skills and programming languages. Technical details - MS Excel (Advance level), Power Point, Macros (Excel VBA), SQL, Tableau, Data Extraction, Visualization using different tools, CRM (Salesforce), Scrum Master, worked in Agile & Scrum environment, Project management. I am a determined professional. All through my career, I worked with senior leadership and cross- functional teams. I have strong interpersonal skills and mentored team in driving efficiency and business value.
