Assisted Seasalt in relocating the Clearance Partners warehouse in order to double the number of stock units listed. • Gathered requirements and obtained key stakeholders\' consent to plan and manage outlet promotional sale events. • Analysed and selected the line list for promotions on the clearance partner’s channel to increase the revenue from Partner’s channel. • Held retrospective meetings following each promotional event to make sure that the lessons learned were recorded for use in future projects. • Monitored and controlled the stock level at the departmental and category levels in clearance partners and clearance stores to maximize revenue. • Ensured that new season stock is allocated to full-price partners to highlight new collection stock to increase customer visibility and sales.
