Managing a size of over sqft store stock with a volume of more than stock inventory.\\\\n• Executes shipping and receiving process. Reports any issues to Store or Operations Manager and takes necessary steps to resolve.\\\\n• Ensures timely movement of merchandise as directed by Store or Operations while adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including but not limited to transfers and damages.\\\\n• Always ensures an accurate and organised store inventory – overseeing store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support and direction from the Store or Operations Manager.\\\\n• Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.\\\\n• Support the team in the selling process, ensuring the highest level of client experience.\\\\n• Prepare new items to be displayed in collaboration with VM team.\\\\n• Print and ticket merchandise, returns, and price adjustments.\\\\n• Process repairs and damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines.\\\\n• Assists with physical maintenance of the boutique when needed.\\\\n• Support store initiatives and projects on an as needed basis.\\\\n• Follow all company policies and procedures\\\\n• Evaluated data on stock levels, assessed trends and reported findings to help senior management make effective operational decisions.\\\\n• Managing end-to-end stock management, including examining incoming/outgoing inventory, merchandising shelves and preventing shrinkage.\\\\n• Implement daily operations procedures to keep BOH neat and clean.\\\\n• Hiring and training will be conducted for new joiners\\\\n\\\\n
