I have end-to-end responsibility for recruitment for global, business and critical to hire roles globally, serving respective business areas and managing a highly efficient recruitment process across geographies- Manage recruitment campaigns, working directly with hiring managers to understand the requirements and decides on the appropriate sourcing solution- Understand the global markets and builds strong relationships and trust with senior leaders across the businesses and their Global HR Business Partners- Perform excellent Stakeholder Management with a wide range of stakeholders across geographies and levels, including Global Senior Executives- Actively advocate for internal Talent Advancement and diversity and inclusion opportunities- Liaise with internal executive sourcing and external recruitment firms if required and ensures their capabilities for market mapping and recruitment support in the various geographic regions- Ensure compliance with local legislation and HR policies, GDPR and any other data privacy requirements, and adherence to compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
