ABOUT VINCE AVERY

Joined Bourne Leisure in January 1990 and was awarded Sales Person of The Year in November of the same year. Was quickly promoted to Sales Manager and consistently exceeded sales budgets year on year until promotion to General Manager in 2002. Was awarded Bourne Leisure General Manager of The Year in 2003 and was appointed as one of only two Wilson Learning Sales Training Facilitators at Bourne Leisure in 2004 in recognition of his Personal Development Bourne Leisure in 2006 to set up Smilies Consulting but was retained by Bourne Leisure to continue to develop their Sales Training Programme.Since 2006 Smilies Consulting\'s client base has grown by recommendation to include a number of household names both within our field as well as other customer driven businesses to include, Haven Holidays, Butlins, Park Holidays UK, Haulfryn Group, Park Resorts, Nuffield Health, Calor Gas Ltd and Woolacombe Bay Holiday Park.Bought Stanhope Burn Caravan Park in 2007. Observing the day to day running of this park gives us a real time insight to customers\' needs in this fast moving business In 2012 our current projects areHaulfryn Group - Leading the Holiday Home sales teams through personal development and training.DPIML - Retained by the board to advise on market strategy acquisition and due diligence.Park Resorts Ltd - Develop and implement an ongoing senior manager development & sales training programme.We are also operating a number of successful caravan sales franchises. Our contracts range from short term specific issue trouble shooting to longer term management and team mentoring. We work in partnership with a number of Park operators to maximize income and the customer experience, so sustain-ably growing their bottom line.
