In my role as a Marketing Coordinator at Beta-Calco, I am a pivotal contributor to the marketing team, managing diverse initiatives to drive growth and brand visibility:• Spearhead SEO and website management using Joomla, optimizing on-page content, conducting technical audits, and leveraging tools like Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to improve organic search rankings and enhance user experience.• Orchestrate organic and paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest, deploying targeted LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Pinterest Ads to amplify lead generation and engagement.• Author and design compelling content for blogs, newsletters, product brochures, email campaigns and more, employing Canva and the Adobe Suite in collaboration with the graphic design specialist to ensure brand consistency and elevate visual storytelling.• Manage end-to-end email marketing via Mailchimp, implementing segmentation strategies and more to communicate key updates to the audience.• Design and execute product launch campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, engineering and design teams using Asana to align timelines, deliverables, and messaging within the marketing team for seamless go-to-market execution.• Maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints, updating website content, creating webpages, and curating digital asset libraries to ensure cohesive messaging and accessibility.• Coordinate content and campaigns for trade shows and industry events, researching award submissions and managing online platforms to strengthen Beta-Calco’s presence in agency and specifier focused areas.• Leverage Google Workspace for collaborative project management for streamlined real-time document sharing, editing, and centralized asset storage.This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to elevate Beta-Calco through data-driven campaigns, cross-functional collaboration, and consistent brand excellence.
