I\'m responsible for creating and maintaining client-facing documentation of the IBM Cloud Infrastructure Storage Services (Block Storage, File Storage, Backup offerings for Classic and VPC). Included in the scope are external technical documentation and product tutorials, UI microcopy, and customer notifications.• I manage internal process documentation for business operations and multi-level technical support, I create project artifacts for new feature development, training materials, and organizational newsletters.• I work with the UI and Design teams on initiatives to review and further improve Design and User Experience across the IBM Cloud console and Docs. • I handle documentation feedback issues, translations, and Accessibility checks.
