I wanted to provide a solution for all 3 problems.After working in the operations side of many recruitment agencies, I noticed some big issues. The larger one would employ new staff who had never worked before but were “money hunger”. While some of the smaller agencies would see boom and bust in a short amount of time.I saw how this led to recruitment becoming a sales game, not (as it should be) a service to help people fit together like a jigsaw or a nice firm handshake (Covid pending).By understanding that a job is much more than a job description, it is a call for someone to join a team, to bring your experience to help drive the business forward.For jobseekers, it helps personal growth and affords them the lifestyle they want. A great workplace is where they make the majority of their friends and for a third of them will find the love of their life.This is why we put so much effort into the selection process.I use the latest techniques to map the market and actively search for the right candidate. Then, spend my time getting to know them before suggesting a role.The system that I use is a closely guarded secret and it means that I am able to find the right candidate. Quality over quantity is key. So only sending over the best matches means that 80% will be offered an interview. Saving the employer time in screening and ensuring that you are not missing out on opportunities if you are looking for the best role.Made it this far?
