ABOUT VIKKI WAUGH

Brand Marketing Manager at Rowen Group, helping to lead the marketing team and grow two brands: fashion brand, Pink Boutique and homeware brand, Rowen Homes.I previously worked at Crystal Ski Holidays (part of TUI UK) as Partnerships, Retail & Events Marketing Manager, across both Crystal and TUI Lakes & Mountains, following a promotion to a newly created role after just two years at the company.My role involved planning, executing and managing partnerships with both tourist boards and external partners and building an event strategy for both brands, to build brand awareness and consideration.I was also involved in the production of brand campaigns from conception to completion, working with internal channels, as well as external media and production agencies.As a reward for high performance, I was recently selected to be part of the TUI Springboard Leadership programme - a professional and personal development course for \'talent\' in the business. This involved carrying out a project for First Choice, which has led to a successful multi-marketing channel campaign for the brand.With an Masters Distinction and First Class Honours degree in International Sport Management, as well as a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, I have a passion for fitness and fashion, alongside a love for travel and culture.
