I am a results-oriented professional with over 24 years of diverse experience in the functional areas of Sales (14 years), HR (6 years), CSR & Corporate Communications (4.2 years). I started my journey as a sales professional, holding various roles of increasing responsibility over the course of 14 years. I have a proven track record of leading diverse sales teams & geographies, strengthening businesses, and developing and executing competitive strategies to increase market share and maximize sales growth…. Till 2012I entered the HR domain to gain a wider range of experience and to meet the organizational needs to evolve HR from being transactional to business centric. I have hands on experience in talent acquisition, organizing employee engagement sessions, developing HR policies, HR business partnering and other operational aspects. …Till Oct 2018As I continued my journey, I accepted the challenge of breaking new ground in the fields of CSR and corporate communications. Over the last 4.2 years I worked with various stakeholders such as NGO Partners, communities, Leadership Team & employees to contribute significantly to building an effective CSR ecosystem. For corporate communication piece I Work on the objective of understanding the requirements of organizational needs for communication & develop a communication plan by collaborating with the Leadership.
