Professional with nearly 20 years of experience in varied technologies - starting with J2ME applications for MIDP 1.0 handsets to writing web-applications in Java and Scala, while recently simulating 6 DoF robots for warehouse functions.While technologies have been an interesting mix, the industry domains are not left behind - TeleComm, Energy / Utility sector, Banking firm and Retail have kept things buzzing.Over the years I have had balanced experience with Object Oriented Programming and Functional Programming paradigms. The implementation choices have interchanged between Java, Scala, Python and C# based on the ecosystem.To build products, you need people and process, along with technology. Among many years in the industry, I\'ve spent good few years leading team, driving processes and delivering products to run the bigger systems. While using Agile methodologies is a de facto standard across the board, I also had a go at exercising some Management 3.0 tools - eg. Personal Maps, Delegation board among others.
