Hi, I’m Vidhi!I’m a first year MBA student at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, driven by a deep interest in Human Resource Management and the dynamic relationship between business strategy and human capital. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and minors in Economics and Psychology from Mithibai College, I’ve built a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, organizational systems, and strategic decision-making.I bring a diverse professional background across Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Marketing, with hands-on experience in onboarding, employee engagement, employer branding, and digital outreach. At organizations like Ambit Private Limited, iSchoolConnect, and iFortis, I’ve cultivated strong people management, communication, and analytical skills—core strengths that enable me to contribute meaningfully to organizational growth and culture.Beyond work, I’ve taken on leadership roles, including being elected as the Student Representative for three consecutive years in my college’s apex student body.
