Contracted to implement and lead on stakeholder engagement, communications, and project/event management for National Grid’s recently established Distribution System Operator (DSO) function.• Leading the planning and delivery of high-profile events to raise the DSO’s profile and strengthen stakeholder relationships.• Driving engagement strategy for Ofgem’s annual Stakeholder Incentive Survey and pulse surveys, supporting the team with insight gathering and cross-functional coordination.• Managing the development and launch of the new DSO website, overseeing project planning, content development, and delivery.• Developed and implemented the DSO’s stakeholder feedback framework to capture, analyse and act on stakeholder input.• Creating compelling communications materials and embedding stakeholder engagement practices across teams.• Building strong relationships across internal teams and with external specialists to ensure alignment, collaboration, and effective delivery.
