Conduct environmental assessments, chemical engineering, and fire and explosion investigations. Experience in court and arbitration. Complete environmental assessments regarding fuel oil spills, water damage and mould contamination, designated substances, indoor air quality, smoke migration, and other environmental contaminants. Conduct site evaluations to determine the cause of contamination and produce remediation procedure reports based on up-to-date knowledge of environmental codes and standards. Provide direction throughout the remediation and restoration process. Investigate the origin and cause of fires, explosions and failures based on the analysis of physical evidence, examinations and testing, and reported information. Conduct investigations for residential, commercial, industrial and vehicle fires and explosions. Investigations completed in accordance with NFPA 921 “Guide for Fire and Explosion Investigations”. Assess electrical and mechanical equipment failures.Co-ordinate and prepare comprehensive reports and studies for all of the above investigations.
