Currently working on the company\'s largest transformation Programme- Delivered the 2019 Site Strategy programme – leading and supporting a team of project managers - Managing and coaching Project Managers – increasing their skills and confidence levels to enable them to become high performing successful Individuals- Bought in to support several pieces of work struggling and getting them back on track- Volunteered to provide additional support a large complex programme successfully transitioning our main systems to new servers.Key Achievements- Delivered the UK Change Capability Framework (the team had suffered from a lack of investment time for a considerable period)- Delivery of several high profile and difficult transformational programmes - Delivery of Intelligent Call Routing for British Gas Home Services Contact Centres- Delivered the PH Jones Landlords Annual Service Visit work with incredibly tight timescales- Identified as a top performer within UK Change year end 2018.
