Lead the FP & A function to produce the annual budget, re-forecast and five-year plan: from assumptions, coordination, cash flow, P&L, M & As scenarios including covenant impact, to the delivery of the Group’s Annual budget and year-end report.• Responsible to produce monthly Board Reports for the Group’s financial & operational performance, in line with the accounting policies.• Perform periodic reviews and business analysis (i.e. return of capital employed, commercial insight, assess potential new investments, covenants, and costs-saving measures).• Improve current reporting schedules, procedures, and new systems (i.e. Excel to Power BI) as transformation champion, to create savings, improve analysis and standardise reports across the business partners.• Build, manage and develop the FP & A team.
