As a Quality Assurance and Outcoming Testing Executive, the main purpose is to carry out independent appraisal of customer accounts to assess compliance with Target and its client policies, procedures and processes along with assessing internal systems and controls that have been embedded at Target. To undertake first line defence activities including, but not limited to;• Identification and assessment of risks to ensure that appropriate controls are implemented and monitored, through call monitoring and account review.• Working with operation areas to identify business improvement actions, implementing controls and reporting on progress.• Supporting first line of defence controls.• Working alongside of Compliance to ensure processes are correct and up to date• Recognising risk and potential fraudulent activities and taking the adequate steps to ensure these are minimised or stopped in the course.• Breach Reporting to Management and Team Leaders• Ensuring any outstanding administration work is completed within timescale and to chase front line colleague up on a regular basis to ensure these have been completed to company and regulatory standard.• Working alongside of the Finance Team to also ensure that any outstanding investments or payments not paid out to clients or corporate organisation are paid within the agreed time according to the product brochures and promises made when initially taking the investments out.• Handling multi-client accounts such as Investec, Morgan Stanley, Gilliat, Barclays, Credit Suisse International, Shawbrook and BBC accounts• Ensuring daily and monthly targets are met and kept within SLA• Presenting presentations to Teams and Team Leaders to show and ensure front line colleagues understand the purpose of QA and to clear any misunderstanding regarding processes and expectations the company has from them.
