Construction Management with more than 40 years of experience in the transportation sector, specializing in the design and construction of subway and tunnels, highways, bridges, and overpasses. Recently, serve as the Tunnel Construction Supervisor on Douglas Trunk Sewer Project. Prior to this, served as an integral member of the construction team on the different projects, including Northeast Anthony Henday Drive, Ring Road, on Port Mann Highway 1 Project, and Canada Line Rapid Transit Project in Greater Vancouver. Have extensive construction management experience administrating, supervising, and inspecting on behalf of owners, including various clients. Managed and supervised seven projects in Minsk, Belarus, to develop and introduce a subway system that included 23 underground stations and 28.3 km of tunnels. Participated in the development of the public transit schematic of the City of Minsk. Capable of managing diverse, multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, and construction teams on all phases of construction, including a commissioning – from projects start up to its transfer under control of Operation Companies. Have experience coordinating projects with state quality control agencies and other regulatory organizations, BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure and other regulatory organizations. My lengthy experience with large, complex projects has also led me to closely monitor compliance to design and technical norms.
