An experienced business development manager within the packaging industry. My knowledge of the packaging industry has a strong foundation and has been learnt from the factory floor upwards. This work history has armed me with a varied set of skills & a solid understanding of the technical side of packaging.I enjoy a solution based approach to my work and this has served me well, ensuring a transparency & longevity in every customer relationship. Assessing & analysing to offer first a solution that will add value to my customer. I\'m naturally happiest around people and build new relationships with ease. The usual complaints of the sales world, such as door stopping/cold calling etc. do not apply to me, I have great success in this area, more to the point - I enjoy it!Self assessment is a huge part of how I work to make sure I\'m applying best practices to gain maximum effectiveness to exceed sales targets.
