Vicki specializes in moving people past disputes. In her law practice, she provides strategic representation in IP disputes, bringing over 25 years of patent trial and appellate litigation experience, and more than 15 years of service as a mediator, to the task of negotiating solutions in the IP arena. In her mediation practice, she handles disputes involving Fortune 100 companies, patent assertion entities, universities, and independent inventors. Vicki was appointed to the Mediation Roster for the International Trade Commission and to both the Mediation and Neutral Evaluation panels of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and was named to the inaugural list of the world’s leading technology neutrals by the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center.Bringing her consensus-building skills to the policy arena, Vicki served as Director of the California Health Reform Initiative of the Convergence Center for Policy Resolution, convening a state-wide health reform round table that built consensus on a proposal that became law to make California\'s health care system more affordable.
