Monitored and addressed bad label issues with suppliers to drive compliance- Audited suppliers and DCs traceability programs- Administered the quality incident reporting process. Established the auto-credit policy with suppliers and DCs. Simplified the incident reporting process that led to 60% reduction in time-spent submitting an incident- Monitored product quality trends via PowerBI and cold chain trends. Worked with 3rd party vendors to develop KPI reports and escalated trends to FSQA category managers- Developed and updated quality reporting training guides.
