Conceived, designed, and launched a centralized performance tracker to integrate key metrics across supply, customer experience, and budget—transforming how performance was monitored and how operational decisions were made. Architected and deployed an automated planning tool to convert historical and cohort data into dynamic, city-level supply targets—streamlining planning cycles and reducing manual workload by 98%.
