The goal is to turn content into a growth channel, not just a branding layer.Alongside that, I’m leading our paid marketing efforts — planning and executing ad campaigns that bring in high-intent users and validate our messaging. I work closely with the founding team to define our growth bets, turn them into experiments, and double down on what works. It’s all about speed, clarity, and learning fast.On the ops side, I’m building internal processes that keep everything moving — from campaign workflows to performance reviews.
