ABOUT VERONICA PEÑA

I partner with Sales, Growth, and Retention executives on shifting performance and improving outcomes for their organization. Working together, we\'re able to build and scale programs that have a positive impact on revenue and productivity. Always looking for the what and why, I dive deep with customers to understand whats working and where there are areas for improvement to drive the right strategies that will impact customer relationships and organic growth.Before my move into B2B Tech, I specialized in Executive Search for Biotech companies with a niche focus on breakthrough therapies. Here I worked with cutting edge start ups consulting executive teams on hiring for C-Level and VP hires responsible for driving their company\'s clinical, scientific, and regulatory strategy. At the start of my career I worked in media at the intersection of marketing, sales, and news. During this time I ran promotional campaigns for our paid and non-profit partners, led promotional events, and partnered with news on community events. TLDR: So whats the common thread here? What drives me? Building relationships with people, learning about organizations, and helping teams reach their desired outcomes.
