I solve problems that don\'t have textbook answers.Over 9 years as an Army officer, I\'ve worked where systems fail under pressure and someone needs to find a path forward. Leading logistics for 800+ soldiers and managing multi-million dollar supply chains taught me that the best solutions often emerge from the most challenging constraints.What drove me? The impact. I found myself energised by complexity: breaking down impossible problems, spotting patterns others missed and then rallying teams around breakthrough solutions. Along the way, I learned that real leadership requires both sharp thinking and genuine compassion towards your team. This approach stems from an unusual combination: Nuclear Engineering taught me to think in systems and probabilities, while the Indian Army showed me how to apply that rigour when lives depend on getting it right.Now I\'m at Oxford pursuing my MBA, preparing to bring this approach to consulting.
