Responsible for component level durability vibration testing and shock testing lab. Perform all aspects of testing.\\\\n-Act as the lab foreman, mechanic, technician, engineer, designer, scheduler, and vibration consultant.\\\\n-Design and fabricate vibration / shock fixtures using primarily aluminum and magnesium.\\\\n-Interpret and advise upon results of acceleration input and response including video analysis.\\\\n-Instruct product release and design engineers on package & bracket design for inertial integrity.\\\\n-Write shock procedures for bench testing prior to and for the reduction of impact testing (door handles, latches, shock sensors, etc.)\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
