ABOUT VERENA LINDNER

As a passionate networker, moderator and podcast host, my work revolves around what I love most: connecting people and having real conversations. Whether on stages, in podcasts or in small, intimate rounds with wedding couples. Podcasts: I host the Female in Retail podcast, in which I talk to exciting female personalities from the retail industry. Together with my colleague Bella, I also host the Soul & Success podcast, in which we share valuable tips on networking and finding a balance in everyday life. Program management & speaker selection: As part of the program management of the K5 conference, I bring relevant topics and inspiring speakers to the stage. This requires not only a feeling for trends, but also organizational talent, a hands-on mentality and the ability to always stay on top of things. ‍ Female empowerment: By co-founding the K5X Female Circle, it is particularly important to me to support and promote women in the industry. For me, female empowerment means offering real support and creating long-term, valuable networks. Writing & Speaking: In addition to my professional work, my heart beats for writing. I share personal texts and thoughts on my blog blackcoffeeredwine.blog. I also have a particular passion for giving and writing wedding speeches -because there is nothing more beautiful than putting emotional moments into words. My drive: Whether on stage, behind the microphone or in a personal conversation - I am convinced that honest communication is the key to professional and personal success. For me, it\'s not the what and where that counts, but the how - in the end, it\'s not the name of the company or university that counts, but the personality and the interaction with other people. I am an open-minded and curious person who loves to exchange ideas with others. So let\'s network! I look forward to inspiring talks and joint projects.
