Holding review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule /cost and ensuring timely completion and delivery of the project to the OEMs. Managing process vision & design, enhancement strategy, risk analysis. Handling resource allocations and setting up of communication channels across the various horizons of the organization structure. Brining LEAN and Agile culture to team to make quick development cycle.
