I work closely with business analysts, QA, and product owners to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performance Salesforce solutions.I design and implement Omni‑Channel skill‑based routing, including skill types, scoring configurations, queue assignments, and routing logic for accurate lead/referral distribution. I build Apex triggers, batch jobs, service classes, and test classes to support SLA automation, routing corrections, data remediation, and nightly processing.I develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for lead/referral visibility, dynamic filtering, tabbed UI, and advisor workflows. I automate business processes using record‑triggered flows, screen flows, and scheduled flows, replacing legacy logic and reducing manual effort.I configure Custom Metadata, Custom Settings, Permission Sets, and feature toggles to support scalable configuration and user management. I enhance Lead, Referral, Opportunity, and Event objects with new fields, validation rules, picklist updates, and UI behavior.I also support integration fixes, API validation, and routing adjustments for inbound digital leads. I build bilingual (EN/FR) reports and dashboards, and resolve UAT, regression, and production issues across routing, UI, access, and metadata.Earlier responsibilities include creating custom apps, objects, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, Visualforce pages, controller extensions, and Marketing Cloud assets.
