P&L owner of $200M portfolio, managing the day-to-day activities, client relationships, business growth and overall health of the account.• Revenue and cost forecast, variance analysis, budget planning, project management and P&L for multi-geo customers. Prepare headwinds and tailwinds, Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly forecast & variance analysis and provide tangible action plans and MO optimization and submit to BU Head. Maintain and update the project database of SOW and KPIs. Keeping track of Bill rate and the changes in the SOW. Accounts Payables & Receivable, General Ledger and Reconciliation. Develop and build financial models and provide financial analysis for pricing decision. Prepare and review a variety of complex financial data: Rev/FTE, C&B/FTE, C&B % of revenue, utilization, T&E, transport cost, overall cost planned vs. actual cost.• Workforce Management: Forecasting, Capacity / headcount calculation and planning, real time capacity management basis volume assessment, infrastructure requirement assessment and utilization, delivery of headcount plans for operations in partnership with finance and Strat Ops.• Preparing billing advice, submit to finance team and ensuring correct/required hours are submitted in tools and approved. Securing approvals from the clients and the business leaders. Submitting to finance team, coordinating with the client’s finance team and ensure the on-time payment. Keeping track of PO and ensure PO’s have enough balance. Working with the clients regarding the HC and buffer HC delivery. Discuss the KPIs and prepare the R&P. Working with the leaders and the clients on BCP.• Collaborate with the pricing team to drive pricing model for new deals, analyze financial impact of pricing approach, maintain and update the SOW and pricing database.• Responsible for operational excellence on the overall account constantly monitoring profitability and ensuring contracts meet committed revenue and profitability.
