As part of the Procurement Centre of Excellence (COE), I support strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives that drive efficiency, compliance, and value across the organization. My role focuses on:Stakeholder Engagement & Procurement Support: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote procurement best practices and guide user groups through RFP/RFQ processes in alignment with corporate strategies.Category & Sourcing Strategies: Supporting the development and execution of category and sourcing strategies to optimize supplier performance, enhance cost-effectiveness, and support strategic procurement goals.Procurement Systems & Process Management: Overseeing procurement system operations to ensure accuracy, standardization, and adoption, while streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting procurement data from ERP systems to generate actionable insights and support informed decision-making.Vendor & Performance Management: Assisting in supplier selection, evaluation, and performance tracking to strengthen vendor relationships and ensure service quality.Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration: Facilitating procurement-led meetings and initiatives focused on training, technology implementation, and continuous improvement across business groups.
