As Senior Risk Analyst for Non-Operational Risk in Bendigo Bank, I am responsible for transforming the existing Operational Risk Management framework to CPS230, replacing previous standards like CPS231 and CPS232. I’ve been responsible for Process transformation and implementing system changes for multiple areas of Operational Risk which are Risk, Controls, Business Continuity Management, Obligations and Internal Audit. Also, Lead the Business Analysis for migration of Legacy GRC system RFP.Legacy GRC platform used in Bank was deemed no longer fit-for-purpose, creating operational inefficiencies and limiting Bank’s ability to meet compliance expectations (regulatory readiness for ASIC, APRA, etc.) and hence it was initiated to replace it with a modern, scalable solution. As a Senior Business Analyst, I was responsible for supporting Request for Proposal (RFP), evaluating vendor responses for shortlisted systems and documenting requirements vs feature matrix including functional requirements, Non-Functional Requirements, VAPT and security metrices and cost providing high level outlook to executives and stakeholders for decision making
