Client: DHL Deutsche Post AG (Jan’13 - To Date). Role: Training SME & Member of IBM Functional Team. Organization: IBM Germany. Nature Of Project : Global Roll Out- SAP FICO, FICA, FSCM, CRM, Transport Management. Name of the Program/Project : New Forwarding Environment (NFE), Global Template Roll Out. Responsibilities: • Understand the customization of the SAP Transport Management, CRM, FICA, FICO, FSCM system in the DHL NFE environment covering the finance process of R2R, R2P, O2C. • Part of R2R team handling FI-AP, AA, Banking & Controlling.Customization of FI-AP.AA. Controlling. • Working with ABAP team to build customized transactions, tables. • Writing Functional specifications, preparation of Business Process Procedures(BPP) Detailed Process Documents(DPD).Flow chart preparations for covering the P2P-R2R processes using ARIS. • Working with SAP technical team for workflow process mapping R2P, R2R. • Used Solution Manager for document management, CHARM process for change requests. • Producing the training material for train the trainers in 4 Pilot countries covering 80 Trainers. • Involved in SIT for the processing including R2R, R2P, O2C. • Worked along side the SAP FICA-Contract Accounts Receivables & Payables for customization of objects covering the above 3 processes through workflow process. • Understood Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) process, being in this project. • Developed e-learning courses including designing interactions and creating storyboards as part of a global training team, documentation standards for work instructions and simulations. • Instructional Delivery´- SAP end user training sessions at multiple client sites to end user audiences varying from Finance Directors to accounting clerks. • Business Sign off for the development changes. • Conducted workshops for localizations, KT sessions, Client presentations.
