Group wide Ledger Modernization Multi-year Program –FSDM/ FPSL/ SAP S 4Hana January 2025 to present- Initiative Lead for transitioning existing legacy sub-ledger and ledger capability to new vendor platforms.\'Parent Bank Merger\'(PBM) of CS & UBS for Chief Finance Office (CFO) – March 2024 - December 2024- Successfully led testing and go-live of the CFO PBM between CS & UBS, fully integrating CS entities into UBS, giving UBS full access and control, parachuted in to turn around the failing program- Additionally, managing the creation and execution tracking of the PBM Go-Live and BAU run-book steps as part of the PBM cutover, across Finance, Capital & Liquidity. IFRS Conversion program – March 2023 – March 2024- Managed over 350 resources globally and a 12 month cost of USD 40m, delivered Opening Balance Sheet for CS AG Group under IFRS, for June 2023 month-end and quarterly reporting, subsequently improving the execution timeline further and transitioning process governance to BAU- Mobilised and executed within 4 months a major program to convert CS US GAAP reporting to align with UBS\' IFRS reporting, enabling inclusion of financial reporting into UBS quarterly submissions.
