My role encompasses- Strategic Leadership: Overseeing day-to-day operations and guiding the company’s growth trajectory- Marketing & Brand Building: Designing and executing marketing strategies to create awareness and adoption of our products- Field Trials & Research: Conducting extensive crop and plantation trials to ensure product efficacy and continuous improvement- Farmer & Estate Training: Educating farmers, agronomists, and estate managers on green agriculture practices and the effective use of agri-inputs- Sustainability Advocacy: Promoting environmentally responsible farming methods that enhance soil health and long-term productivity.Through these efforts, I aim to bridge the gap between innovation and the farming community, enabling healthier yields and a more resilient agricultural future.
