Project management responsibility for marketing campaigns, including running weekly meetings, utilizing project management tools, and responsibility for ensuring on-time and in-full completion of all projects across the Bioproduction and Cell and Gene therapy product lines. • Manage the execution of tasks as defined in the marketing campaign calendar in order to achieve the project goals, and actively manage project risk. Input and manage activities into Smartsheet and JIRA as required. • Partner with product managers, marketing communication and other cross-functional groups to define resource requirements to support project objectives.• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project and communicate to all stakeholders.• Manage project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned and driving changes to future for continuous improvement.• Set up and submit invoices for 3rd party vendors and consultants within FISI interdepartmental systems, and monitor progress so that invoices are paid on-time and full. • Provide project management support for new product development marketing activities, as assigned by direct manager.• Market research and media coordinator for Bioproduction and Cell and Gene Therapy product lines, including collecting data on competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable reports, monitoring competitive advertising and product-related journal articles, and providing recommendations to product managers for collateral and media content.
