MAIN JOB RESPONSABILITIES:Visual Merchandising – permanent/semi-permanent:• Responsible of all launches VM updates for the 3 brands: Open Sell & Department Stores• Development of new Gondolas concept designs • Organize and deliver consistent planograms, in harmony with the assortments/business needs • Coordinating with EMEA teams, responsible of organizing the forecast for all markets for all new merchandising tools every new launch, within the needed timing to guarantee a smooth process, punctual productions and deliveries• In charge of the retro-planning/CPS for every new initiative• Guarantee full understanding and guide on all VM principles • Regular contact to support local teams• Monitor doors openings to ensure all visuals/planograms guidelines are followed, to guarantee qualitative and up to level implementations• Analyze industry trends in the Region• Monitor and optimize the cost of the production of the different tools for the brands
