ABOUT VANESSA WINNING
I am a professionally trained and dedicated finance and marketing professional, leading big teams, managing large projects, big brands, and significant initiatives that drive behaviour change, customer satisfaction and customer revenue through careful management of budgets and outcomes. I have about 20 years experience in marketing, business development and product management, mostly within the financial services and primary sector. My passion is business to business marketing and business development, with extensive experience working with large corporates through to farming businesses. I\'m passionate about seeing New Zealand businesses succeed and improve their impact. My governance experience includes board positions with Surf Lifesaving New Zealand, NZIPIM, and the Include a Charity Trust, and through operational roles preparing and presenting board papers to the DairyNZ board, the UDC Finance board, and being accountable to the HSBC, and ANZ Due Diligence Review Groups.
