Partner and develop relationships with business leaders to gather input on staffing requirements to support talent identification and acquisition; • Identify, pre-screen, and present qualified candidates that meet specific and required labor category and skills for key Engineering and IT positions.• Responsible for managing and maintaining best practice processes for the day to day full recruitment for Network & Cyber Security competency; • Manage heavy workload of requisitions, screens resumes for cleared (up to TS SCI/FSP) IT professionals, pre-screen candidates and coordinate interviews, extends offers, on-boarding process, etc.• Develop and maintain strong working and collaborative relationships with hiring managers, resource managers, shared services, and other human resource team members;• Plan and implement recruitment and staffing effort (open houses, career invitational, job fairs and trade shows).• Effectively utilize Taleo (Global Source) to source candidates, generate reports, and manage requisition and candidate work flows.• Develop and administer talent acquisition and management processes and procedures in support of organizational goals and objectives; and provide training to new recruiters on staffing and recruiting policies and procedures;• Participate in management meetings in support of staffing and recruitment, strategic development and best practices.• Lead Recruiter and Talent Advisor to customer in support of Transportation Security Administration (TSA) – Information Technology Infrastructure Program (ITIP). Key areas of responsibilities:• Maintain current knowledge and best practices of industry employment trends, HR policies on compensation and benefits; • Partner and develop relationships with business leaders to gather input on staffing requirements to support talent identification and acquisition;
