I am people and purpose focused with 15+ years experience in Vancouver and Toronto, working in hyper-growth, start-up cultures alongside executive teams. I work hard to ensure people feel seen, heard and understood. I believe connecting with people is the first step to connecting the dots on any project. My intuition allows me to read people and understand what they need and want, leading to relationships built on a strong foundation of trust.
