I now serve as Partnerships Director at Denis Oakley & Co, where we help technical organisations design and deliver customer-centric, mentor-led innovation programmes at scale.My strength lies in bridging the gap between strategic vision and on-the-ground execution. With deep experience across talent management and business strategy, I work closely with mentors, leaders and technical teams to deliver programmes that change mindsets and deliver lasting impact. Helping teams take initial ideas to developed solution proposals that are validated, scalable and market-aligned is hugely rewarding.
